X120e laptop (thinkpad) please select. back windows 8 (64-bit). Basically the only thing you can do is upgrade the ram. lenovo states the maximum ram supported is 4gb. since there are two ram slots that means two sticks of 2gb ram. having more ram means less. Are you looking for lenovo thinkpad x120e drivers? just view this page, you can through the table list download lenovo thinkpad x120e drivers for windows 10, 8, 7, vista and xp you want. here you can update lenovo drivers and other drivers..

Lenovo ThinkPad X120e Review

Lenovo thinkpad x120e review

A = the x100e supports 8gb: older lenovo product/older chipset b = the hp dm1z supports 8gb (it's a cto option): non lenovo product/same chipset as x120e. i think that a+b = x120e supports 8gb. only a purposely limited bios can give a different result, and i can't see a single reason to do that.. Hi. i have been gifted a lightly-used lenovo x120e, 64 bit, with the e240 processor. it was super slow, the screen behaved oddly and it would crash often. it now has 6gb of ram and i cleaned it up.
