Laptop Fails To Restart
I attempted to reset my windows 10 laptop, but it only got to 5% completion before telling me it couldn't reset. i tried one more time but the same thing happened. it gave me the option to try to. I installed windows 10 as an upgrade and ever since my computer will not do a restart. whenever i try a restart, the computer idles down then just han. While trying to install sqlserver2008 it show restart computer as failed. i have restarted my computer and still it shows the same error. cant proceed further.
