Should I Upgrade To Ios 8 Ipad Air

I have an ipad air 2 (16gb cellular) that is currently on 10.3.1. i use this ipad for general browsing, youtube, school, etc.. i'm somewhat satisfied with it's performance on ios 10. but ios 11 has a lot of new features (that basically make the ipad more productive, and more of a laptop-like device).. The air 2 is designed to run latest and greatest, and 8.3 is the first version of ios 8 i would consider to be a finished product. safari is still a little off, but at least it doesn't crash like it did on 8.0/8.1/8.2.. It's a nice tablet, but the jump to the new ipad air 2 is a huge one and one that any ipad mini owner should contemplate. if price is a concern, the ipad mini 2 is $200 cheaper than the ipad air 2 and is still a very nice upgrade from the ipad mini..
